CHIP MACHINING, TOOL ROOM DIVISION

The chip machining, tool room division deals with the conceptual design, construction and manufacture of tools for pressing sheet metal parts formed from cold. The actual conceptual design guarantees manufacturability and is well-founded on the results of the PAM – STAMP 2G simulation software.

The construction of pressing tools takes place in the CATIA V5 R24 3D modeling software. We supply customers the pressing tools along with samples of parts, pressed on a TUS 160 scraping press.

An integral part is the chip machining parts according to supplied documentation on the latest CNC machines with professional staff. We ensure the technical preparation of production and the actual creation of programs for CNC machines with the POWERMILL software.

The technical inspection department is equipped with tactile and optical measuring devices from the CARL ZEISS and LEICA manufacturers, which constitute a measurement report, or color map of deviations from the nominal dimensions. This equipment allows the digitization of works delivered to customers (reverse engineering) and the actual creation of technical documentation.
